testimonials

Tatiana, Atlanta 2020

Cannot wait to use these folks again! They thought of everything for the weekend of spectating the Olympic marathon trials + racing the next day. The little extras and welcoming personalities were the icing on top of not having to worry about logistics at ALL.

Jay, Wrightsville 2019

Great times! Very well organized, and I got to make many new friends along the way. Mark and his team go above and beyond to provide all that is needed for an awesome running vacation.

Robert, Boston 2019

Last year I froze while sitting in Athletes Village in the rain for over two hours. This year I stayed warm and dry thanks to Destination Marathons. My bags were waiting for me for easy pick up after the race.

FAQ's

What happens if the race gets cancelled?

See here for more details.

Will your race morning transportation take me to the start line?

Yes, but not directly. Our private bus with a bathroom on board will take you to the ride share drop off point. From there, you are welcome to wait until your wave to take the B.A.A official shuttle on a short, 10 minute drive to Athlete's Village (the start line).

What is your payment policy?

Great question! You can view it here.

Do you have a plan for spectators?

Yes, we do! Our hotel is conveniently located just .3 mile from Kendall/MIT stop on the red line. It's just two stops to connect with the green line, which will take you to expo, finish line area, and other spots along the course.
A great spot to see your runner for the first time is at 16.5 mile where they are attacking the first serious climb of the race. Take the Green Line D train to Woodland Station. When you get off the train, you can head left toward mile 16 and the climb or head right toward mile 17. You can then head back toward town and get off at Kenmore Station to catch them later in the race.
If you want to see them on Boylston Street, it's recommended you get there early and claim your spot. It's hard to see your runner at another location and get a decent spot on Boylston. After the race, you can meet your runner at the DM meet up location which is yet tbd.

How do I get back to the hotel after the race?

Our hotel is conveniently located next to the T red line Kendall Station. After crossing the finish line, you can head over to the nearby Copley station and take the green line to the Park Street station. From there, take the red line to the Kendall station located next to our hotel. View a map here.

What if I want to add on an extra night?

We want to tailor our package to fit your needs! That's why we're offering the option to add nights on to your package up to 2 days prior or after the existing package dates for only $395/ night + tax. Please email Berkley Benton to have extra nights added on to your package.

Do you offer transportation to Boston?

At this time, we are not providing transportation to Boston. Out hotel is located right next to the T Red Line Station Kendall. The subway can take you right next to the expo, finish line, and other famous sights in Boston. On the morning of race day, we will provide transportation to Hopkinton.

Can I bring a guest?

Our base package for this race includes excursions and amenities for 1.  Guests can be added on for $95/night per person and will share a room with you. They receive all the same perks that you do (transportation to Hopkinton, pre-race dinner, private gear check, post race celebration access, etc). Limit 2. Free on any additional nights added on to package.
