Is race day transportation provided?
Yes! The Disney buses will pick up runners directly from the back of the hotel, transport you to the start line, and then take you back to the hotel.
Is transportation to the expo provided?
Yes! Disney buses will take you to the expo from the hotel and back to the hotel again.
Does the hotel provide transport to Disney parks?
Yes! From the Swan Resort, shuttle buses run every 15-20 minutes to Magic Kingdom, Animal Kingdom, and Disney Springs. A water taxi takes you to Epcot and Disney’s Hollywood Studios. The Swan Reserve provides shuttle buses to all the above locations.
Does the hotel provide a shuttle from the airport?
No, they do not. They recommend Lyft, Uber, or Mears for transportation needs.
Do you have bibs for each race?
We have a limited supply of bibs for the 5k, half, full, and Dopey races.
Is this a charity bib or other special kind of bib?
Yes! We are partnering with Dragon Masters Foundation dedicated to cancer research.
Will I be able to transfer my entry to another runner if I can’t run?
No, race bibs from Disney are non-transferable.
Will I be able to defer my entry to next year if I can’t run?
No, Disney bibs are not able to be deferred.
How do I register once I purchase this package?
After purchasing your package, you will be emailed a link from Dragon Masters which will allow you to complete the registration process from there.
Is my deposit or payment refundable?
Yes, it’s 100% refundable up to 60 days prior to event.
Do I have to register my guests even if they’re not running?
Yes! DM guests have access to all the VIP perks as our runners. To ensure they receive all our great services, we ask that you let us know who you’re bringing at time of registration. Of course, if your guest plans change, that’s no problem at all! Just let us know and we can make those revisions. But it is important that all guests, even non-runners, are registered in advance.
Can I bring my kids?
Yes, kids 15 and under are welcome on any of our packages for free, provided they stay in your room.
Do you provide babysitting services?
No, we do not provide services. Currently, the hotel’s Camp Dolphin services are suspended, but we encourage you to check back with them regularly at 407-934-4000. Kids Nite Out is another option that offers services with earlier start times on race days. They can be reached at 800-696-8105.
Does the Swan Resort and Swan Reserve charge for parking?
Yes, $39/day for valet and $29/day for self, plus tax.
Are there any other taxes and fees?
No, all taxes and fees (including the resort fee) are included in the package price. Your package even includes extra hotel perks: a daily, complimentary bottle of water, high-speed internet access, unlimited admission to the fitness centers featuring the WestinWORKOUT, $30 off spa services of $175 or more at The Mandara Spa during each day of your visit, and a complimentary 30 minute Swan Paddle Boat ride (which operates daily from 11:00-6:00, no reservations required).
I would like to go the parks, so what do I need to know?
In addition to purchasing park tickets, you must make park reservations for the park of your choice in order to enter. When booking with us, our resident Disney travel agent, Nicole Elzayek, will help set that up for you so you can plan your racecation with ease!
What if I have food allergies?
We work to accommodate all dietary restrictions. Please reach out to us with any special needs.
